It’s Citrus Season! (December to March)

One of the brightest times of the year is here, and citrus fruits are bursting with benefits for everyone! Whether it’s lemons, oranges, grapefruits, or limes, these vibrant fruits bring so much more than just delicious flavour—they’re packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and nutrients that support your body in countless ways. Not to mention, the refreshing scent of citrus has an uplifting quality that can clear your energy, promote positivity, and enhance focus. It truly feels like a burst of sunshine during these colder months.
